References to "Jurdines" throughout this policy refer to Excello Enterprises LLC in its entirety. All data collection, processing, and storage described herein is carried out by or on behalf of Excello Enterprises LLC.

Information You Provide Directly
- Account data: your name and email address when you create an account.
- Order data: shipping name, delivery address, and phone number when you place an order.
- Communications: any messages, questions, or feedback you send us via email or our contact form.
Payment Information
All payment transactions are processed exclusively by Stripe, Inc. (stripe.com/privacy). When you enter your card details at checkout, that information is transmitted directly and securely to Stripe over TLS encryption — it never passes through our servers.
Jurdines does not receive, store, or have access to your raw card number, CVV, expiration date, or any other full payment credentials. We retain only the Stripe payment session ID and order totals required to confirm and track your purchase. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 — the most stringent level of payment industry security certification — and processes your data under its own privacy policy.
Automatically Collected Information
When you visit the Site, our servers may log your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited. This server-level data is used exclusively for security monitoring, fraud prevention, and aggregate (non-identifying) site analytics. It is not linked to individual profiles.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:
- To process, fulfill, and confirm your orders.
- To send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and delivery updates.
- To maintain your account and provide responsive customer support.

- Transactional email providers — we use a third-party email service to deliver order confirmations and shipping alerts. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than message delivery.
- Legal & regulatory authorities — we may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when necessary to protect the legal rights or safety of Jurdines, our customers, or the public.
No other sharing occurs without your explicit consent.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use a minimal set of cookies to make the Site function properly:
- Session cookie: a single server-side cookie maintains your shopping cart contents and login state. It contains no personally identifiable information and expires when your browser session ends.
- Analytics: we analyze aggregate, anonymized server log data (page views, referral sources, device types) to understand how the Site is used and where improvements can be made. This analysis does not identify individual visitors and does not use third-party tracking scripts.
We do not use persistent advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or any third-party behavioral advertising technology.
6. Data Retention
We retain records according to the following schedule:
- Order records: a minimum of 7 years, to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
- Account data: for as long as your account remains active.
- Server logs: typically 90 days, after which they are purged or anonymized.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@jurdines.com. Deletion requests are subject to our legal retention obligations.
7. Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. All data transmitted between your browser and our Site is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-certified infrastructure. Nonetheless, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.

Regardless of your location, you may exercise the following rights with respect to your personal information held by Excello Enterprises LLC:
Access
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, including your account details and order history.
Correction

Deletion
